Fast and friendly service...the nacho were really good! Will come back and try some other things since we are here for the summer.

We stopped here after seeing Yellowstone. They had friendly service and had great suggestions. I had the chili relleno with rice and beans (I rate that a five), definitely the best one I've had in a long time (and I try them every chance I get). Everything was very authentic Mexican, even the rice and beans which I also really liked!! . The street tacos were good, liked the pastor meat better (it was juicier) than the steak. We also had the enchiladas which were also very good with good sauce and fresh toppings (just wish they were served hotter (they were lukewarm warm). Ambiance laid back, outside, pet and kid friendly. We would go back and we definitely recommend it.

Delicious food and hidden on the side of the main road before getting to the national park, it's off of firehole Ave, better than I expected in this area

Located in a neatly done converted 'food bus'. I was surprised by the exceptional food quality. One of the better asada tacos I've had in a while. I enjoyed all the detailed condiments that it came with such as salsa, pickled carrots n jalapeños and lime wedges. Casual and fun novelty experience along with friendly service. Wish we had more time to try other items. We'll be back next time.

I really want to try more on the menu. I ordered a burrito which was plenty for two average eaters. Miss Piggy said "Don't eat anything you can't lift." This came dangerously close. The homemade flour tortilla was great. The filling was yummy. I asked for spicy sauce. It was hot but not too hot. However I don't recommend the "al pastor". You weren't going to order that anyway. Outside eating or walk back to your room.

This place is top tier! Amazing, complex, authentic flavours with fresh ingredients. The cashier recommended the burrito mojado (?) and it did not disappoint - it was the size of a newborn baby! I love that it's not overly salty, greasy, or saucy; the flavours sing for themselves due to the expertise of the chef.

It's a food truck in a small tourist town. I didn't expect too much but the quality is actually very decent. They are fast in taking order and preparing food. We waited for less than 5 minutes. Must try: spicy pork tacos. Veggie quesadilla: the shell was a bit burned, but overall it's a good quesadilla filled with mushrooms. Tamales was ok, I have had better tamales before.

Once not that long ago there wasn't good Mexican food in this town. Today there's maybe too many. Definitely too many tee shirt shops with their cheap gawky wares all over the sidewalks. But, I digress! Through it all the best of the best is still the "taco bus" on Canyon. Been there twice in three days, fantastic food, great value too. Better hurry their last day for the year is 9/23.
